As our name suggests, our restaurant offers a wide variety of shrimp and horse meat dishes, which are very popular.
We offer shrimp with a plump, springy texture in a variety of ways, including sashimi, "gan-gan-yaki," and grilled.
The "Gangan-yaki" red shrimp, which has become a particular specialty, is a truly delicious dish that fills your mouth with the rich flavor of shrimp.
We also offer a wide variety of horse meat dishes, including horse sashimi made with lean cuts and shabu-shabu featuring rare cuts such as horse tongue.
